EOC runs a multitude of different ministries throughout the year!
Growth Groups ||
Our Weekly Growth Groups are an amazing ministry that enables students to meet with each other in small groups for an hour a week to seek growth in their faith by diving deep into the bible with one another!

Growth Groups are open to anyone who want to seek and understand Jesus and the Christian Faith on a deeper level!
We have a multitude of different growth groups that run during the week to provide students with a variety of different options to decide from as they plan around their timetables!

Prayer Meetings ||
We believe that prayer is such an essential part of our faith and at EOC we set aside a morning in the week for anyone to come along and spend some time in prayer with one another! This is a super encouraging ministry and always a great start to the day! We would love you to take part in it!

The Common Hour ||
The Common Hour is an hour in the week where ALL EOC members come together as a community for a more "formal" type of gathering to seek training, encouragement and growth.
Throughout The Common Hour you can expect to see; Talks/Training Workshops, Communal Prayer, Bible Readings, Testimonials, Announcements and a time for socialising over snacks afterwards.
It's a time jam-packed with so many awesome opportunities to be encouraged and to grow together as an EOC family which we would love you to take part in!

One to Ones ||
If you can't make it to a Growth Group or meeting in small groups isn't your style, we have an option for you to do a One to One Bible Study with one of our Bible Study Leaders!
This ministry is an awesome opportunity to ask any questions that you have about the bible as well as just time dedicated to you and your individual growth!

Monthly Morning Pancakes ||
Every month you can expect to see EOC members on campus running a BBQ stall! At the BBQ stall we will be cooking and giving away free pancakes for breakfast for whoever walks past!
This is our way to connect with the ACU community and engage with students and staff that we may never have interacted with before!
It is the perfect opportunity as Evangelicals on Campus to evangelise and have genuine gospel conversations with those on our campus!

O-Week Stall ||
At the beginning of the Year, ACU invites Evangelicals on Campus to take part in O-Week by running a stall filled with activities, freebies and tracts as well as advertisements about what is going on at EOC this year.
This is an exciting event that all of EOC get involved with as we seek to let people know about EOC, have gospel-centred conversations and overall seek to bring outreach to those attending O-Week!
Our flock of EOC members with blue shirts are hard to miss, so if you are coming along to O-Week, come say hi to us as we'd love to meet you!

Welcome Night ||
Welcome Night is our first official event of the year (After O-Week) where we welcome new members, have an introduction and explanation of EOC, socialise, play games and eat FREE Pizza!
It's an awesome way to start the year as well as a perfect opportunity for EOC current members to meet and get to know new members of the group!
It's a fun night filled with so many amazing aspects that you don't want to miss! So we hope and look forward to seeing you there!

Evangelism Week ||
In late Semester One, EOC spends a week focused on Evangelism!
During E-Week we spend time doing In-Campus Evangelism, Walk-Up Evangelism and Door-Knocking while also dedicating time for socialising with other EOC Members! It is an awesome opportunity to talk about Jesus as well as invite people to hear more by coming along to our EOC ran Ministries!
Though Evangelism can be daunting, it is something that we are called to do as Christians, which makes this event a perfect time to jump out of our comfort zones and seek to glorify the kingdom of God by telling people about the Good News of Jesus!
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Mid-Year Conference (MYC) ||
In the middle of the year, Evangelicals on Campus North Sydney combine with Strathfield Campus and Western Sydney University's Christian Group, CBM to run a conference through AFES called MYC!
The conference is a chance to take five days to think through God's Word, be encouraged by meeting with Christians from other campuses, enjoying a good time in the mountains giving praise to God and having some fun!

EOC Getaway Weekend ||
In the Study Week during Semester Two, EOC hosts their annual Getaway Weekend Holiday! This is where we spend the whole weekend on Study Week (Friday to Saturday) away at a coast-side venue with one another.
The core focus of this event is to create a time for EOC students at North Sydney to relax, have fun, enjoy God's creation, build solid relationships, spend community-focused time out of Uni and ultimately dive into God's word together as we enter near the end of Sem!

National Training Event (NTE) ||
NTE is a massive event that has the vision to see University students across Australia and the world gather together to be transformed by the gospel, trained in the gospel, and sent with the gospel!
EOC takes part in this event every year and it always is super encouraging to meet with so many Christians who are around our age from all over Australia!
NTE involves going down to Canberra for a training conference where we meet with the 2000+ Students and listen to a multitude of awesome and encouraging speakers who focus on training and equipping us to be transformed, to live out and to teach the gospel in our everyday lives!
But that's not all! NTE also involves a mission component which consists of EOC immersing with a church for a week! In this week you will get the chance to experience how a different church works, you will serve in new ministries, meet new people, serve congregations, as well as support the church in any way that is needed!
This is a super humbling and encouraging experience and is an awesome opportunity to serve and encourage others! We hope that you are as excited as we are to partake in this event again this coming year!
